For the past 12 year she has been working as a fitness instructor in numerous health clubs, teaching everything from kickboxing and weight training to aerobic cardio and high interval training. She is an early-adopter when it comes to new fitness methods and believes that creating a positive and fun environment is key to helping her clients succeed.
